How the trial works
Your 90 nights start the day your mat is delivered. Use it daily. If your sleep, aches or energy haven't improved, email support@geegeeshop.com before night 90 with your order number and we refund the full purchase price.
Do I have to ship it back?
No. For hygiene reasons we don't resell used mats, so keep it or pass it to a friend. We only ask for a sentence about why it didn't work for you — that feedback shapes the next version.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately, at no cost, with no need to return the original.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further 3–7 days to display it.
Cancelling before dispatch
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund before the parcel leaves the warehouse. After dispatch, the 90-night trial covers you.
